FAQ
Where can I see the response to my question?
You’ll find lawyer responses under the “My Questions” section of your AskJAQQ account. Each question you submit stays organized with its answer.
How many lawyers will respond to my question?
You can choose up to three lawyers to answer. This lets you compare perspectives and choose the response that feels most helpful.
What happens if I want to ask another question?
Each question is a separate purchase at $5.99. To ask something new, simply submit another question through AskJAQQ.
Can I connect with a lawyer outside of AskJAQQ?
Yes. If you’d like to work with a lawyer beyond your initial question, you can choose to retain them directly. Until then, all communication stays secure within AskJAQQ.
Will I get notified when a lawyer responds?
Yes. You’ll receive in-app notifications (and email alerts if enabled) when a lawyer has responded to your question.
Can I delete a past question or response?
Yes. You can remove questions and responses from your dashboard. For compliance reasons, AskJAQQ may securely store records internally.
How do I update my account details or payment method?
Go to Account Settings in AskJAQQ to update your email, password, or payment details.
What if I have a technical issue with AskJAQQ?
If you experience login, payment, or submission issues, contact AskJAQQ support through the Help/Support option in the app or on the website.
Can I review or rate a lawyer’s answer?
Yes. After receiving a response, you can leave a rating or review. This helps other users choose the right lawyer.
Is there a limit to how many questions I can ask?
No. You can ask as many questions as you like — each is billed separately at $5.99.
